Amsterdam Apartments Alexander’s B.V. offers you accommodation in the center of Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands also known as Holland. Our company rents out short term self-catering accommodations but we are definitely not a hotel. We are not offering extra service. Just a great alternative for visitors and expats who want to feel at home. Stay in a private studio, condominium, flat or a multiple room private apartment , you will find this a perfect alternative for staying in a hotel, inn, pension or guesthouse. All accommodations that we offer you have kitchen facilities. You may not want to book a youth hostel to have the availability of a kitchen? Alexander’s self-catered apartments have the bed and breakfast feel, home away from home and offer value for money.

Characteristic Amsterdam housing. In most cases not luxurious but cozy and convenient, two star level. Traditional Dutch housing, including flights of stairs (no elevator). The ‘real thing’ where ‘Amsterdammers’ live. Also a few ground floor studio's and apartments available.

Short term rentals and longer contracts that are offered are a flexible solution for tourists, groups of friends, families, business travelers, professionals, expatriates and companies alike.

All accommodation is furnished and upholstered, kitchen/ kitchenette fully equipped, bed linens and towels are provided.
Free wireless internet. Bicycle rental, boat rental.

Several locations in the old centre of Amsterdam available: eastern, western and southern canal belt. All locations are at maximum 10 minutes from Central Station by public transport. The main sights are within walking distance. The museums and shops are very close. In case you are visiting a conference or exhibition: the RAI center is near. Amsterdam is a pleasant and compact city with beautiful architecture, romantic canals and a thousand bridges. The old city centre is one big monument. Lots of things to see and to do. The best way to discover the city is by bicycle or bicycle-taxi, by canal cruise, by museum boat or pedal boat, by horse drawn carriage, by public transport or by walking. Guided tours to heighten the pleasure and the experience are recommended.
